I arranged for Graham and his team to re-point the gable end wall of my house, which was long overdue for repair. I was pleasantly surprised when he contacted me over 2 weeks before the agreed date to ask if they could start. Despite some adverse weather conditions and the need to return on a Saturday to complete the work, the project was finished well ahead of the original deadline. It was done professionally, everything was cleared and tidied after the job was done, and my wall now looks 100% better than before. The agreed-upon price was the price paid, with no hidden extras.
